About
enduring pieces, quietly made
Andrew Bourdeaux makes one‑off furniture and finely crafted pieces in exotic and domestic hardwoods—sapele, rosewood, figured maple, walnut—and finishes each work with hard wax oil and premium quality brass fittings. Surfaces are brought to a kind of satin that invites touch; joinery is traditional and exact, and inlay is carefully made. Every proportion begins with the questions: what will this be used for, and what makes this beautiful?

His workshop sits on his property—warm light, the sweet scent of walnut, tools arranged for efficiency. What began as a handful of quiet hours away from the house after his first son was born became a practice they now share; his son knew the names of tools before he knew his letters. Andrew's love for crafting beautiful pieces keeps him grounded as he continues to refine ideas into enduring pieces meant to be loved and passed on.
Clients look to him for singular, precise pieces—beautiful, and built to last. Explore the portfolio or inquire about a commission.
